Cadet Kelly was such a good movie! It is based around a girl named Kelly Collins (Hilary Duff.) Her life is flipped around when her step-father, Sir (Gary Cole), wants her to go to military school. Though she does not want to go, leaving Manhatten, she does attend the school. Kelly then meets Jennifer Stone (Christy Carlson Romano), who is a strict or "mean" kind of person. Both don't get along, but in the end.. everything works out! I AM HAPPY TO SEE THIS MOVIE RELEASED ON DVD ON MY BIRTHDAY! Yeah!
